Javad A. Mirzai, DMD
Senior Clinical Director/Owner
Javad A. Mirzai, DMD, received his degree from University of New England college of Dental Medicine. Dr. Mirzai has clinical experience in diagnosis and treatment planning, preventative care, as well as restorative and prosthodontic dentistry. Dr. Mirzai believes the responsibility of a dentist is to educate and guide patients so they can make their own decisions on oral health care. During his comprehensive dental exams Dr. Mirzai explains the how and why, ensuring each patient gains a comprehensive understanding of his or her dental health needs. Dr. Mirzai is very detail oriented in all aspects of patient care, he has an innate sense of aesthetics and artistry that he brings to each procedure.
Dr. Mirzai completed B.A.s in Biology and Middle Eastern Studies at Brandeis university. During this time, he conducted Extensive research on the field of genetics and its correlations with cancer alongside his professors at Brandeis university. Resulting in his senior’s honors thesis.
Dr. Mirzai is Affiliated with numerous organizations, Dr. Mirzai is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Academy of General Dentistry, American Student Dental Association (ASDA), and Massachusetts Dental Society (MDS).
When not in the office, Dr. Mirzai loves spending time with family and friends, He loves traveling, playing sports, photography, and reading. He also enjoys watching and supporting all Boston sports teams, especially the Patriots.
Roslyn
Registered Dental Hygienist
Roslyn graduated in 2008 from Mount Wachusett Community College with an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene/ Science. She started at Gardner Dental Group in 2003 as a dental assistant, while attending college to become a registered dental hygienist. She loves working as a dental hygienist and her patients mean a lot to her. Gardner Dental Group is another home for Roslyn and she treats her patients like family. While not at the office Roslyn enjoys spending time with her family, doing crafts and spending time at the lake.
Marissa
Registered Dental Hygienist
Marissa is a Massachusetts native with a degree in communications as well as a degree in dental hygiene. She started her dental career in 2003 as a dental assistant; it wasn't long before she knew she wanted to pursue a career as a dental hygienist. In 2014 Marissa graduated from Mount Wachusett Community College with honors. While in college she served as the secretary of the student American Dental Hygiene Association, and later became an active member. Marissa has also been to Honduras to aid in helping the underprivileged get the dental care they need. She is compassionate about oral health and always puts her patients’ needs first. Marissa has a gentle touch and always has a way of easing her patients’ fears. In her personal time she enjoys spending time with her two children and her husband. They enjoy being outside, four wheeling, and spending time at the beach.
